My Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy are available to read & reference during checkout for your convenience, and must be agreed to in order to purchase from my shop.

 
  • I do not accept custom orders or commission work at this time. My art trades are currently closed as well, and I typically only trade with artists I know personally. If I end up having the time to open up requests, I will be sure to make an announcement on my social media pages! Instagram subscribers will always have priority for custom work. For large-scale projects & other business opportunities, please email me - I’d love to work with you!

  • For certain products, yes! Please email me and I’d be happy to discuss the details with you.

  • I am not held liable for shipping damages or delays. I ensure that each item is securely packaged according to USPS standards, so I am not responsible for lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged mail. Once the package has been shipped, I have done everything on my end to ensure your package gets to you safely. Please send any claims or disputes to USPS. Please note that all orders with less than or equal to $5 shipping will not have a tracking number.

    While photography is meant to capture products as accurately as possible, colors & details viewed on screens may vary slightly in real life. Prices in my shop are in US Dollars, so please bear that in mind if your order is international.

    Stephanie Art & Design does NOT collect or remit VAT. I am not responsible for import taxes, and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. All additional taxes, charges, and fees are the customer’s responsibility, which must be paid in order receive the order.

    All copyright, intellectual property, and reproduction rights are solely reserved by Stephanie Lailine of Stephanie Art & Design. Do not use, sell, or replicate any artwork for either commercial or personal use without explicit, written permission.

  • I am happy to accept exchanges and cancellations. For cancellations, please contact me before I ship your order. For exchanges, please contact me within ten (10) days of delivery, and return your item(s) within twenty (20) days of delivery to exchange them. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued once I receive the returned item(s). Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Digital downloads & commissions cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you have any troubles with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I would be happy to help!

  • My typical processing time is 1 - 4 business days, Monday through Friday. There may be some exceptions, which will be announced on my website as well as on my social media accounts. I ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the product. All mail with over $5 shipping comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, it is completely in the hands of the USPS. Please note that there may be some shipping delays that are outside of my control. Customs may cause additional processing times & fees, as I do not collect VAT.

  • Please do not hesitate to reach out via email or direct message! I will respond as soon as I can. Email is currently the fastest way to contact me, since my social media inboxes can get overwhelmed with messages as my business continues to grow!

  • I have a bimonthly newsletter that you can join at the bottom of my website! I also post all of my information regarding shop updates & events on my social media pages - Instagram being the most active.

    Mailing list subscribers also have access to unique behind-the-scenes content, secret coupon codes, exclusive first access to commission slots & new product drops, and even some free downloadable goodies! It’s a great way to stay connected outside of social media, in case anything were to happen!

  • Thank you so much for joining my Mini Print Club! I typically send them out the last week of the month, if not earlier. Let me know if it gets lost in the mail, and I’ll happily include another copy when I ship out next month’s print. The cutoff date for each month is the 14th, so if you join after that date you will receive prints for the next month. Please also make any paper color preferences known before that date as well.
